My car died while driving it. I had it towed to Premier for diagnosis and was greeted with an outstanding culture of customer service. The diagnosis was right on. I was given an estimate of the work to get it running again, but was also offered a range of noticed optional work which was clearly presented, with a risk/reward statement on each item and a quoted price on each item. I picked it up today and the repair work was of the highest quality. I am now a steady Premier customer for maintenance and repair. Our car is 16 years old, and I trust Premier Auto so much that I just bring it in and tell them to fix whatever needs fixing. And there have been occasions when they can’t find anything wrong, and they hand the car keys back to me! That’s impressive; Most shops would easily try and talk you into replacing SOMETHING on an older car. That’s why, when Premier makes a suggestion about preventative, proactive maintenance, I know they have my best interests at heart. I have taken our car there for service several times, and I will continue to do so. I wish I had this good of a feeling with most other places I do business with.
